1. Pain in the anterior hip, especially when walking, sitting and muscle strengthening exercises.
2. ROM decrease in hip flexion, internal rotation, extension and Abduction. Iliopsoas muscle strain, adductors, hamstring and gluteus iliotibial band.
3. Cardiovascular fitness is weak

External rotation – 45 degree
Flexion – 125 degree
Extension – 10-15 degree
Adduction – 30 degree
- Active ROM, to determine the ability to move without pain as well as to determine neuromuscular control, muscle strength and joint ROM, until the limited by a weak joint, tissue, muscle and pain.
